Automatic linear filling machine for bottles with filling capacity from 0.2 to 5 litres. Suitable for filling different liquids (such as liquid detergents, water-based colours, acidic products, etc.), as long as they are electrically conductive with minimum 200 microsiemens and compatible with the materials used for the parts in contact such as PVC, PE, Viton, Titanium.

The machine consists of:

• PVC-covered 316 steel support frame with adjustable feet, PVC product recovery vats and PVC protection panels with transparent PVC doors
• motorized forwarding conveyor and guides adjustable in width from 40 to 160 mm
• filling group composed of 8 filling heads with magnetic stainless steel flow meters (Endress-Hauser)
• D 18 anti-foam TITANIUM diving nozzles with filling operation starting from the bottom with electronically controlled extending up adjustment of the nozzles determining their insertion level, simultaneous mechanical adjustment of the nozzles distance
• no drop-tray, exact positioning of the bottle neck by pneumatic cylinders
• waterproof and centralized electrical system, PLC+HMI controlled, and touch screen for setting general work data and recipes for each single product with inverter to regulate feed pump speed
• safety protections complying with current CE standards included
