Planning, therefore, involves not only the filling machines but also all those aspects required to complete the order through to dispatch. Case packers automatically open the boxes, which are filled from above using a robotic arm that acts as a product inserter. This is followed by the subsequent application of the sealing tape and any palletising.

Marin G & C srl offers automatic case packers complete with cardboard folding and closing, with conveyor belt and outfeed roller conveyor. Fast and time-saving.
Our case packers can handle bottles from 100 cc up to 5,000 cc and are particularly fast. They can process from 450 up to 750 cartons per hour, depending on the size of the container. These may be acidic or cosmetic products, foodstuffs or detergents, fertilisers, oils or solvents. Regardless of the industry, the machine forms the carton, transports and sorts the containers in the box and seals it before exit.
